Required Information

In order to become a Retailer of Granola Babies, we require the following information:

 

• Company Name / Contact Name
• Billing/Shipping Address
• Telephone/Fax
• E-mail
• Website / URL (where applicable)
• A copy of your business license and/or state sales tax certificate for first time orders.

 

Granola Babies requires an e-mail address for our wholesale announcement e-mail list. This list is used to inform you of any policy or product changes. Your email will not be sold, traded or used for any business not pertaining to Granola Babies.

Orders

• Initial Samples – If you have never ordered from Granola Babies  will send you one (1) free Buns Up Wipe Solution Cubes sample after you complete our Wholesale Application.
• There is a $45 minimum order.
• All orders must be prepaid – We accept Checks, Pay Pal and Credit Cards.
• Returned checks will incur a $25 service fee. Orders paid for by check will be held until funds have cleared our account. This typically is 7-10 days.
• Granola Babies accepts orders online only. We do not accept phone or fax orders.

 

Shipping

Granola Babies charges actual shipping.   We use Fed Ex and USPS to ship your orders. You will be able to pick your choice from these options for shipping.

 

The Official Resale Policy of Granola Babies is:

Granola Babies reserves the right to stop supplying any company that advertises Granola Babies products for less than the suggested retail prices shown on the wholesale order pages.

With that policy in mind, we want our retailers to do well and encourage a competitive marketplace with a variety of sales approaches. After all, what is good for you is good for us.  We allow the following exceptions and sales:

 

• Free shipping offers and multi-item/package discounts. You must use the MSRP for pricing on multi-item packages. Prices on multi-item packages will be enforced.
• Short-term sales and coupons that have an end date. (This excludes regular recurring sales and promotional sales without an end date.) An acceptable short-term sale will be for no more then 10% off of MSRP. If sale is for more then 10% off you will be emailed and you will be asked to increase the price of the sale to the correct amount.
• Unadvertised unique discounts at your discretion ( i.e.: discount to a customer who inquires about a discount for twins)

 

If we notice that you are selling below the MSRP, we will contact you and ask you to revise your pricing for our product. If you continue to sell against the Resale Price Maintenance Policy, we will assume that you no longer want to do business with Granola Babies. You will be removed from our Retailer list and we may opt not to sell to your company in the future. Please know that we are not a company that is founded on *control* or bad feelings. We are very easy to get along with. We just believe that this policy will maintain our brand integrity and position within the marketplace. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding our policy. There is a chance that you will think of something that we have not. We are happy to review our policy and see if your idea falls within the limits of acceptability.

 

Selling of Granola Babies products on Ebay and Selling to or through a Co-op is prohibited. Retailers that sell Granola Babies prefolds on eBay and/ or to / through Co-ops will be dropped as authorized retailers.

Granola Babies allows our retailers to use product pictures and descriptions from our Wholesale Site for their own store / website use.

Returns/Damaged Merchandise

• Granola Babies products are guaranteed for workmanship and quality. 
• We will work directly with either your customer or with you--whichever you prefer.
• If your customer needs to return an item for repair they may ship it to:
  Granola Babies, PO Box 6327, Folsom, CA 95763
  They MUST include a note with their name, address, email, and reason for return. I must be notified PRIOR to their shipping that they are sending it.
• If items are returned with no information we will hold them for 30 days. After 30 days they will be considered abandoned.
• We do not accept exchanges or returns on unsold merchandise. Due to lighting and differences in computers the actual color may vary from what you see on-screen, this is not a valid reason for return. If there are questions regarding our return policy please feel free to ask. We do not make any exceptions to our return policy. Making an exception for one person will require an exception for all.
• Alterations of Granola Babies's products (such as embroidery, embellishment, dyeing, etc) voids all warranties.
